1. Applicant have to fill the Application form and submit it with required documents. View the checklist and dwonload the requisite forms
2. Submit the file and fees at the concerned Driving licence counter at the R&LA office and collect the fee receipt.
3. Attach the Photograph and Bio metrics on the Learner's licence.
4. After that applicants are required to appear for Learner licence Test at the concerned stall counter.
5. If applicant pass the test, he collect Learner licence from concerned LL Distribution Counter at the concerned office and if he fail the test, can reappear for test after 15 days.
For the change in Address and Transfer from other states/Duplicate licence, applicant need to submit the Application Form and other requisites to the licensing authority.

10 questions are asked in the test at random, out of which 7 questions are required to be answered correctly to pass the test.
